In my professional journey, I encountered a pivotal moment at the age of 25 when I engaged my first executive coach. Despite lacking the initial investment of $5,000, I instinctively recognized the imperative of hiring the coach. This decision fundamentally altered the course of my life, leaving a profound and enduring impact.
Following the completion of my twelve coaching sessions, the tangible benefits I experienced galvanized a resolute commitment. I vowed to utilize coaching and training as powerful tools to positively impact the lives of others.
Drawing on my extensive 35- year tenure in the corporate world, I diligently honed my coaching skills, culminating in certification as an Executive Coach. Moreover, my real- world education from the School of Hard Knocks, known as LIFE, has provided me with invaluable insights that complement my formal training.
